I think 11,500 is possible later this year after another bear run. That is, if the pullback is limited to around 9000, give or take a few hundred. The average intermediate term run-up for the Dow in the 90's has been around 25-33%.

Since you mention the man himself Mr.Acampra was most recently interviewed by a German magazine 'Focus' and asked:
