John now here we have a clear case of chart readers disagreeing, you see a huge over hang at the fifty cent level and I just do no see it, what time frame of chart are you looking at? I would like to know. I looked at a 2 year time frame and do not see any heavy resistance until you go back to May 1998. There is some over hang in that area, but it is small to me. Like to hear back from you. Please include the chart that you are looking at maybe then I can see what you are seeing. Do not mean to be disrespectful, but we just do not agree here. It is vital to TSIS to break through here and soon. Hope I am right .---francis terry

John,
I agree with you on the issue of reporting facilitating movement. My conversation with JJ two weeks ago indicated that the first submissions would be made about now, but that the final disposition would await the July 1999 audited financials. A statement of such submission, even if only on Don's messages, would certainly help those of us following the stock closely.
