I'm not sure what Lehman has been up to the past two days, but they narrowed their spread considerably and have been close to or on the inside offer. For example, LEHM is now quoting 19 x 19 5/8 and the inside spread is 19 9/16 x 19 5/8. I don't know if they are just trying to shake some stock loose or if this means something more serious. I just wanted to pass this on so others can make their own judgement. Best of luck, Dan
