When the DMEC talk first started a few weeks ago now, I went and looked at the SEC filings. There are quite a few Convertible Debentures issued also. I can't help but wonder what the status of those debentures are, my guess is that is where the volume is coming from.

If there is a large short on DMEC all they have to do is change their CUSIP number and they (the shorters) will have to cover.

It is as simple as that.
