I see that Scott has given the high and the low --- fwiw, Fair Value was 12.75 for March 19 and is 12.25 for today, March 23. I don't know that either will help you, but I don't know of a method to retrieve prem for an exact time (1:30 pm) on a date several days old. interpolating the time frame of 12:05 earlier today appears to be 11:75 prem (appx)
