Nice try jhild, but it won't work ... <<<<<It apparently cites the same construction company, in what I believe now is a different action than reported in the original article, as the date (1994 v. 1995) on the article and the list of defendants is different.#reply-7141154>>>>> The article references only one case. You knew that it was wrong and yet continued to talk about fraud an named the case as Carl Kruze et al ... Like I said before, I don't know who wrote the article, I don't know why, but I do know that it is wrong. Now then if you want to give a legal cite to the "right" case perhaps you may clear your name, but as of now, it appears that there is no other case and as long as you continue to put forward that there is without proof other than an obviously flawed reference then you knowingly are committing fraud. I really don't know what point you were trying to make and it really does not matter. The fact of your fraud stands as a conviction against you and you alone. You see, the issue here is not Carl or Tom or Larry or Suzy or anyone else. It is you and the way you fraudulently push your side of things without proper backup. You seem to think that this flawed and erroneous article vendicates you. It does not. You know it is wrong yet you cling to it like a teddy bear. There is no case "Carl Kruze, et al v. Virgin Islands or HUD" and you know it. Am I wrong? Produce the legal cite to the case or even a bare case number and I'll let you off the hook, but you see, I already know the answer to the question. You cannot produce such a citation because it does not exist.
