We're getting pretty close to the 50 day ma as well as that gap, so
maybe the bounce is around here. Should be fun tomorrow <G>.

doug,

This is the fork in action....
Look to your favorite signals as to which way the market will go.
This middle tine is Big Stuff and should produce a buying opportunity?

My quess is Up after banging around here for a few days.
But if this Median Line fails to hold...1222-25 is next then 1195±
Chip

It seems that there are very few bulls around. I have reviewed the charts tonight and it seems to me that the pitchfork is calling for a bottom anywhere down to 1250 basis SPX. A number of pitchforks can be drawn that all merge in the 1260 to 1250 range depending upon the pivots chosen. Further we just breached the lower tine of a fork off the Oct 8th low.

I am calling for a bounce from here. Don't know if I will put my money where my mouth is, but I am calling it. So this call does not fit into a GZ type call, but heck.....it will have to do.

On the bonds. I need to revise my entry point after today's action. I now think the that 120'24 maybe 120'20 will be the long entry. More likely 120'24. If things get out of hand and bonds tank, then the entry will be around 120'12 mid day tomorrow. In any event, long seems to be the way to go on the bonds, now if we can just get the right entry...
