Uncle, Thanks for your analysis. I've been hearing confirmation of everything you said in your post relative to Kosovo. I'll tell you what though, this "credibility" issue plays well on both sides of the aisle. I watched an interview with Bob Dole last Sunday and when he was asked about why we should be hitting Kosovo, his response was the credibility of NATO was at stake. Excuse me, I thought NATO was created as a deterrent to the former evil empire. I wonder just how many American mothers and fathers are willing to send their sons and daughters into battle to preserve NATO's credibility? Precious few I'm sure. bp
