Oh sorry, when I say "worst" lets just say I'm talking lowest 5th percentile. Hows that. The last study I heard quoted was that Ca was 48th ... ahead of Arkansas and Mississippi. So no, Ca is not the worst. Probably the worst value proposition I would say, since Ca taxes are so high... gee it sure would be nice to get a little more for the 10K property taxes/yr everybody has to pay.
