Eric and Doug, Selling naked Puts is only one side of the story...I am looking at the other side. Who bought those PUTS at the high end of the spread. No matter what strategy is being used, they only way the put part of the equation is of any value is if the stock drops below 6 1/2 since they paid a buck for the 7 1/2 Put. I honestly don't think we are going much lower either, but someone just tossed 51K out there today betting we'll be below 6 1/2 by May 21st. Interesting if nothing else. Doug M.
