Daniel,

Doesn't matter which way you spell it, today will be Winsday for CRNC (assuming that news or a conference call is announced). Looking at past releases, all have been out before noon.

As far as price targets, depends on whether you are short-term or long term. Stock could run to $1 1/4 or higher just on announcement of a conference call alone. A conference call announcement, like the last one, pretty much tells us something big is going to be announced (they'd just issue a news release after market close if there was bad news). The closer we get to the conference call, the closer we will be to hearing about the closure of acquisitions, which will add significant revenues ($77 million) and income ($1.11/share) to the company. There are also rumored to be some major contracts brewing for one of the subsidiaries, and more acquisitions on the table which will also be accretive to earnings. As long as they are a BB stock they obviously won't trade at a 20x multiple, but even at 10x that makes them an $11 stock just on the original acquisitions alone. The target companies are receiving $5 preferred stock, so obviously they feel the stock is worth at least that much, so that would be my immediate first target. Soon after closure of acquisitions and filing of 8Ks, consolidated 10Q's, etc., then the company will file for larger market listing. Then we're looking at larger multiples for the stock.
