Well, as they describe it in their release, it all sounds so wonderful. But it's also totally dependent on receiving this nebulous "funding" from some as-yet-unknown source. One wonders how money is secured to acquire these supposed assets sitting around waiting to be bought with leveraged capital. If these assets are so wonderful, why are they for sale? Why to a company that is, at the moment, not a whole lot more than some junior capital pool such as you'd find being run in the Moose Pasture SwindleLand of, say, Vancouver or Alberta? I'm reminded of the tale of Ole Johanssen, the World's Strongest Swede who, it is reputed, used to lift himself up off the ground by putting his thumb strategically beneath himself. Levitation makes a nice David Copperfield magic trick, but in the stock market when the prestidigitation stops, the results aren't very pretty. IF [ big if, too ] there is anything to this Land of Milk and Honey fable, as we are supposed to believe, you will see the first confirmation of it in the action of the price and volume of the stock, because the Favoured Few will, as usual, know of its impending announcement and will be acting accordingly. Never forget The Other Golden Rule, CIMA, the one worded thus: "Whosoever holdeth the gold, maketh the rules" Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the malaise continues.
