I spoke with Jack yesterday. I failed to ask the Clark question. He assured me that the cost of the AOL appeal was quite minimal. He said the repackaging was ongoing for Compusa. They really can't tell how well PMA is moving until they are paid by the distributor. He said it seemed to be moving well over the internet. Expect to see some banner advertising on the net. I asked if they had had any response to the packages they mailed out to reviewers. He said yes!! The software will apparently be reviewed by PC World (so they told Jack) but they couldn't give him a date. Don't expect any PR for now. He was quite open about the fact that they underestimated the cost of marketing. They are actively exploring alternative ideas for promotion, and he was even receptive to feedback. I was favorably impressed with his candor. I am a registered rep., and a stockholder. This information is posted, and in fact I registered and paid for SI, because I am personally invested in this company. I am not recommending this investment to anyone, and will not.
