Looks like Mr. Smith down in Belize has been busy with his Ridge Lagoon Estates project. His web page was updated two weeks ago (my alert tool was off) and it looks like he did some work on some lots and houses. The page doesn't load very fast, but the additional pics page is worth the wait. ridgelagoon.com
