John,

I think we are going to disagree on oil price rises and the level that create inflation. $18 oil will generate mild inflation. Higher prices will up the level. How much we tolerate or act upon is up to AG. However, let's see if OPEC and the non-OPEC dudes can REALLY, REALLY, no.... R E A L L Y!, keep a lid on production and stop cheating members.

Agree on the broad participation. It's tough to look at small cappers, but mid-cappers might help for starters.

We are going to push hard on all sides. If his support wanes, then you have a point. However, there is a deep ethnic hatred in that entire area. You should do a little research on your "war machine" comment. I've studied this and most will concur that they are using much more recent and potent tanks, anti-air weapons, etc. Check it out. Strategically, we might do better, but it won't be easy. The battle plan will be the same: Launch cruises to take out command and control (air defenses, etc), then attach munitions, and troops. Much can be done with cruise missles and Stealth B2's for #1, but you have to get fighters and other types of planes in for #2.

In any event....GO EMC, right?
