Don, and as I mentioned, the loss of the IBM relationship gets less of VECO's clients' stuff into EMC's systems, and thus possible future "negative" repercussions from the IBM/EMC deal announced yesterday. I am standing by my target of $27 or so after this rally (to less than $40) peters out. If the "Spring relapse becomes nastier than I expect right now, even low $20' are not "unthinkable". What a bargain we expect to have within two three months.

Don, re

. It appears IBM really did react badly to VECO's Digital Acquisition

I remember reading something on the thread about IBM/Digital Instruments at the time of the acquisition, but I can't remember. Can you save me the time of searching through old posts. Is there something about Digital Instruments that pisses off IBM?

TIA

Jay
