Marshall, I don't get why you and your fellows on the long tag team call asking questions for clarification 'twisting'. It's pretty obvious who's twisting reality here, and it's not the folks who think RACE isn't a good investment. Barb

Wrong on the first statement. I'm still waiting for the RACE filing to prove you wrong on the second. Prior to his resignation on March 15, 1999, Robert B. Prag ("RBP") was an executive officer and director of LFC. As such, RBP had filed jointly with LFC, JML and RAL a statement on Schedule 13D with respect to the Corporation's Common Stock. With his resignation , RBP disaffirms any joint actions with LFC, JML and RAL with respect to the Corporation or its Common Stock, PS TI's DSP already can drop to 1/30th clock speed to consume less power.
