It seems that Liviakis has filed all the S13 for his other stocks. I'm not sure what the filing delay for RACE is. So far it appears to be the only one with the lockup agreement. All other filing clearly state that Liviakis Financial and Prag have no obligations to one another.

Ok Mama...touch of sarcasm in your post, but not nearly as bad as some I have seen.

The entire issue is a non-issue...EVEn if Pragg could sell every share he owns in race, SO WHAT!! It is a non-event.

But instead, some posters will say, as they already have.."this is really bad news for the longs"..bologna (I prefer to say baloney)

It's not bad news, it's not good news..fact is IT AIN'T NEWS.
