No problem Marshall it's on the net at freedgar (it was an S13): The latest filing from RACE says: "Prag may sell or transfer, subject to compliance with applicable securities laws, any of the shares issued to him as a Commencement Bonus beginning on, but not prior to, March 16, 1999, provided that he is no longer an officer or director of the Consultant at the time of such transfer or sale." (Amendments section 7} Well Prag resigned March 15th. If you see it say otherwise anywhere - please point me to the respective passage.
