Your post was surely an attempt at dark humor. This is not a civil was, unless Hitler's march into other countries was also just a civil war. You contempt for Clinton has apparently contaminated your thinking..... The Serbian forces are planning to invade the surrounding countries of Macedonia to the south, Montenegro to the west, and they will likely continue on to Greece and Austria respectively.
