I have to disagree with Jimmy on that. My understanding is that you have to have at least $1000 cash in your account to get an allocation. The rest you can wire in by settlement date. If you want ABTL, which looks like pricing tomorrow night, make sure you have at least $1000 cash sitting in the account by tomorrow evening.

No, they will not give you any shares if you don't have $1,000 cash in your account for each IPO the day it prices. You can pay the balance by settlement date, but need the $1,000 to get shares allocated.

There have been scattered exceptions reported, but most people without enough cash don't get shares.
