Of course he is Marshall. But they don't care about that. There is a track record of the "darkside folks" raising these false issues to scare people, and then the event or issue comes and goes and it sort of disappears. It's happened time and time again. Let them believe what they want to believe and then POW it'll hit em. And IMHO it's gonna hit em good!!

Marshall: he's still locked to the original agreement. I called to check. The hell he is. From the 10-Q of 2/16/99: AGREEMENT 7. Consultant agrees that it shall not sell or transfer any of the shares issued as the Commencement Bonus (including the Extension Bonus) during the term of the Agreement, as extended. Robert B. Prag ("Prag") also agrees that he will not sell or transfer any of the shares issued to him as a Commencement Bonus during the term of the Agreement, as extended, as long as he is an officer and/or director of the Consultant. AGREEMENT Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, Prag may sell or transfer, subject to compliance with applicable securities laws, any of the shares issued to him as a Commencement Bonus beginning on, but not prior to, March 16, 1999, provided that he is no longer an officer or director of the Consultant at the time of such transfer or sale. Why on earth would someone lie to you about this? Did the lie come out of SA or LA? I think the good Mr. Prag is (or was) holding something like 500,000 shares. Enjoy! drakes353
