ATHM and RR

Ahhaha- So there's no merger of the two. Is that necessarily a bad thing? I have to admit, I would liked to have had them merge. ATHM IMO is still the best established and and more aggressive of the two. With or without the merger, ATHM will succeed.

Please comment further on why this is a bad thing for ATHM. If you posted your rationale earlier, I don't recall.

Thanks,
Ed

That news was public well before the market closed. If it affected the stock, then it is reflected in the stock price as we read this thread. Quit trying to stir up fear.

I will make a deal with you. If the stock is up 5 points or more tomorrow, at the close, you do not post on this thread for a week. If it is down 5 or more points, at the close, I will not post for a week. Deal?

This is the shock you were talking about? How does this non-event change anything?

@Home is steamrolling over everyone and everything in its path. I wish RR would go public - I'd buy them too.

This so called shock is nothing new, it is status quo. It is not news, but if you chouse to call it that, it is certainly a not a shock to me. I know that you don't predict <; but, heck with it, I will go out on a limb and predict the market will figure this so called news it is no BFD just as I did. I will even throw in a war to help you with the gap. OK this is your second try at a 20 pt gap down on open. You are given a no event news item regarding ATHM and the possible start of WW III, I don't think so but that is JMVVHO. <:}

BTW, Good to see you back.
