Vendit, it is very impressive with how AOL has been moving with the merger of NSCP and consolidating its business agreement with SUN. Steve Case and Co. had it it all ready to go and implemented it within a week of the vote by the respective shareholders. Investors wondering how this merger will take shape should have no doubt about today's announcements from AOL. Investors will watch with interest AOL's July earnings report as it will provide some early indication of AOL's actions today. And the same with SUNW. I guess they are going to take the restructuring charge and reflect it in the upcoming earnings report in April.

So my predictions are that AOL will linger around for a while between 105 - 130. Then in June it will start to pick up in anticipation of the earnings report in July. And then during the July report or in about 3 weeks following the July report they will announce another stock split (around share price of 160)

This is my view (a AOL long)
