Don't forget the huge profit that AOL made on the sale of its XCIT stock soon after the ATHM merger announcement. It seems they have enough additional funds to cover this restructuring charge, since both the gain on the stock sale and the charge will be reported as one-time items.

And then during the July report or in about 3 weeks following the July report they will announce another stock split (around share price of 160)

So you think the merger is going to have a negative effect on April's earnings report or am I misunderstanding your statements regarding the restructuring charge?
