Hey dirkilr, I like your view you seem to be very educated. Why don't you inform the little group of Junior Varsity investors how long it can take for a form 10 to go through. Maybe the company is a little hopeful but certainly not anywhere close to being late on a form 10. Hey realmoney is that monopoly money you play with. What a joke, you make it so obvious you don't have a clue. Again please don't think I'm supporting this company, but a form 10 in the 90's can take a lot longer to go through than 4 weeks. Once you submit, your at their mercy. But I know dirkilr will enlighten us a little more.

I knew the people behind USAT.. They were not even close to the guys who are running TMRT. The USAT group hired a promo firm to hype the stock. $75000. in total assets, of which $36,000 was furniture. TMRT has a site under development, fortune 500 execs backing it, and an industry that is growing by leaps and bounds, what else do you need? You can say all of the negative things you want, but when the site is up you are left in the dust
