Littleman Speaks Well.. The biggest bureaucracy in the United States is the SEC. These people have complete control over the future of companies like TMRT. Everyone is familiar with the IRS, but the SEC makes the IRS look like a well oiled machine. There is no response time, or any other requirements on when they will approve or not approve a form 10. This company, as far as Nasdaq listing goes, is at the full mercy of the SEC. It is a good thing we have found out about this company before they have become bigtime like so many others.

Maybe you should educate your friend the President of this POS. He's the one who was promising 4 weeks on the form 10. And listen up little boy. Don't think for a minute that you have ME fooled. I know exactly who you are, or at least what you are. Little man quotes: "If you had any idea who you were talking to you wouldn't be opening your mouth." ". And if you know anything about the construction business that goes on all the time too." Hmmm, tough guy, works in construction business, and participates in OTC-BB stock scams. Long live the family!! I'll tell my Uncle Carmine you said hello!! P.S. You goodfellas have already done the hard part, getting this thing to where it is now. Why don't you cash in and let us make some on the way down. Actually, I'm sure you'll do the same. This is all IMHO of course.
