i have been waiting for ibm to say something, anything. this is the first time i've seen them say anything about rdram usage. this could be an important piece of info. copied from another thread. does this mean that rdram will be 80% of total dram volume? 20%? or? any rdram product announcement from ibm will be huge. ibm.com Q18.
