It seems as though that's true... Just pick a piece here, pick a piece there, selectively choose what supports your position on an issue, blow it out of proportion and then let's keep bringing it up and bringing it up.. Then when it turns out to be a non-event we'll drop it and make something else up. It happens time and time again..the pattern is clear and has a long history. Most intersting for folks who claim to have "no position" and allegedly nothing to gain from this strategy. Right.
