Anybody notice all talk of WCDMA has vanished like fog in sunlight?
Anybody notice LWIN has moved higher than QCOM this morning on a percentage basis?

For all the reasons Clark mentioned, however, I'm still a bit troubled...

ERICY will make its own cdmaONE handsets, available next year. Seriously considering using QCOM ASICs.

Royalties--cloudy explanation. They will share royalties based on respective patent portfolios. Jacobs did say that in a lot of cases there will be no effect on royalties paid. No financial data will be discussed.

Look at it this way. If you had a negative outlfow of say $100-200M a quarter and now you don;t, can you afford to spend $50M for a new phone factory this quarter?
