I saw some difference butonly after really studying the examples. I would have been fragged by the time I saw the bands. <g>

The review was vvery pro 32 bit but I wonder if the average consumer is even aware of this issue. I hope not.

Sharkey gave the V3 2000 7/10. There was no bundle but he recognized the 2000 as a budget upgrade.

From their examples I couldn't see any difference at all!!

the examples used in the article represent the Adobe Photoshop version of the 16-bit "approximation." The 3dfx version may be different (the author noted that in a comment somewhere on the page) and thus may have different results.
