I can see where you could disagree with the loan statement. Would you agree if I had phrased it "trusting the company with your money and hoping to get more back than you trusted them with"? If you are holding a companies paper and decide not to sell it would you say that is about the same thing as saying "if I didn't own this stock I would buy it at this price"? It does boil down to that in a way. Why hasn't there been any more information coming from LTGL about the preferred? If it had been cancelled surely they would have notified their investors. z.....
