Duke, Thank you so very much for your tax advice. I shall certainly list you as my "tax advisor" on my 1998 form. However, there may be one thing that you overlooked. The stock "traded" @ .10 during 1998. Whether that was MM whims or whatever, it's still a fact. Therefore, it would seem to me that the stock still had value in 1998. You must be one sick SOB. Isn't it enough that the shareholders have to take the loss? Do you have to worry them about the tax consequences, even if there are none? Thank you for your input. AD
