Dave; Who is this guy Richard Rozzi. Rozzi also filed a 144 on Feb 17,99 for the proposed sale of 270,000 shares. He's either dumping or anticipating share appreciation and wants to be in a position to sell. Let's hope It's the latter. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
