Doesn't the SEC already do this?

To me it's a "punishment fits the crime" type of thing. Where
*MSFT*, for misusing the monopoly, is punished by being restricted
from one of the tools used in the abuse. It's not forever, only
5 years, and it doesn't "kill" them, only ties one hand behind
thier back.

Junior: no not for each company but for a monopoly which is what MSFT is and has always wanted to be.
