Really? I think, Barbara, there's something called a Business Plan, whereby companies plan strategy and develop equipment/services, and go out and get business, and it is the success of that effort that is reflected in the stock price on a continuuing basis. You mean, all stock prices are flat? And it has to do with whether a company's earnings reflect "Wall Street" expectations. So it is ever changing, and investors do need to make judgements as to how the company is doing, and yes, long term, the price should reflect the value. And yes, here on the OTC, that is normally not the case, especially as more than 90% of OTC companies never make it for varying reasons including being scams, which is why one should only gamble what one can afford to lose on the OTC. And which is why, to me, there is NEVER a reason not to report financials. Never. Not if the company is trying to be open and responsive. Never. And anyway, any company not reporting financials within the next 9 months or so will be delisted, so any company microstrategizing within that time frame the exact time to release financials are not focused, IMO. Or hiding something.

The value of the PABN may not have changed, but the number of shares in the float continues to change. Of course we can only take John Schmitz's word on that.
