what they don't tell you is that the conversion rate will cost NPEC $1.00 to convert or $4,702,905.00 at any time forward. This sort of information certainly fits the theme of the new NPEC thread, and should be welcome over there. I don't think my alias is drawing any fire yet :-) mind if I carry it over there?
