I've been doing okay. Got really hummed on Monday.....had a stop that blew by with 5 points slippage. 5 points...what planet is this? The interesting things to me have been the intense media manipulation. Take Friday.....before the Bell, some mook comes out and sez GE is the greatest thing since sliced pizza. So the March Futures peak at the Open. Anyone Long March got the best price in history, as the futures Opened at the all time High. Mid-day, now, another mook sez some other stock (IBM?) rots worse than elephant snot. The OEX Closes Friday at THE LOW OF THE DAY!!!!! No one comes out with a proclamation like that in the middle of the day on Triple Witch. Sure let 'em crucify that dork Tokyo Joke....but what happened Friday? It was pure manipulation. AJ Cohen, I think I heard one of her targets was 1325 SPX. Exciting, yes? Well that's where it was a week ago. Arrgh, don't get me started. And how about every Tom Dick and Jane that gets bent out of shape about ..... Alright, never mind, sorry I brought it up. Like I told the guy who knocked on the door tonight looking for money for the Sierra Club, "it's just a business". And how about those Environmental guys? As if it wasn't for people from my Generation in the 60s they would know what a tree was, and now they are trying to tell me that MY GENERATION ruined their lives because we were not environmentally sensitive? (God, he's not going to be Environmentally Insensitive now is he?) YES I AM! Okay. now you know why I post less. I get too excited. If there were fewer trees in the world I would not lose as many golf balls. "Save The Tress, Save The Trees, Save The Trees..." I say F**K THE TREES!
