Dear Mark:

What has always been impressive about Cyber, is that management responds to customer concerns. Not all brokers do (I also note that Datek owners are active on the SI board - and Datek has 10s of 1000s of customers).

This is reassuring in the short term. It makes it seem that things will be taken care of.

However, to be perfectly frank, it will only go so far.

If at the end of the day, however reassuring the talk, actions don't back up words, the disappointment is, if anything, keener.

I have no doubt that there are many fine and dedicated people working at Cyber. Certainly tech support people are outstanding.

However, the problems keep reappearing.

I do **NOT** expect that any broker will have flawless performance - we live in an imperfect world, and tech breakdowns will inevitably occur. Airplanes crash - I expect that. My problem is the frequency.

I would hope that the system built is at least as robust as an airplane, and fail as infrequently - our financial lives are on the line.

My criteria are: do the failures happen often enough to materially affect my trading, and do other brokers do a better job.

Thus far, the answer is that the failures are too frequent. Failures include not just crashing software (which until today, thankfully seemed to abate in the last 3 weeks), but bad LII quotes (too often for comfort). And yes, in the last month, Datek has been far more reliable (since they licked their busy server problems).

I am willing to give Cyber some time. But, out of pure self-defence, I need to limit that time. My deadline is the end of April.

Thank you for responding to my concerns, and I wish, for everyone's sake that the problems will be solved soon.

Sincerely,

Morgan
