LP, I've agonized over whether or not to tell you what I heard about the settlement. However, guess I'll pass it along--I have no way to verify whether or not it correct or entirely accurate--or even slightly accurate. My comment that you referred to was based on the following: I was told that we were asking for 18million from Weatherford and that if that didn't happen, we would then sue for $200 million plus. It was mentioned in that conversation that a figure was offered that was between $12 and $18 and was rejected. The last thing I want to do is rumor monger...however that is what was told to me. If anyone can verify that this info is substantially correct, I would definitely appreciate it. Regards, Lew
