there's no doubt that general top tier saturation and Y2K have impacted all of the BOPS. i would argue that PSFT has actually fared better than SAP, JDEC or BAAN. Lehman makes the same point. I think they called last Q a reasonable Q in a tough environment or something like that.

so i'll agree with all of your questions but i like the risk reward here. btw, i've been buying a whole bunch of ERP cos at these prices because i just don't think a corp. can be competitive going forward w/o automating all of these processes. i like several mid-tier cos. that are selling way cheap including ROSS, INFM, IMIC even JDAS and JDEc at current prices. i'll agree the payoff might be 6 mos out but they could also move sooner.
