In the opinion of someone who has seen 10 Duke games in person (as well as all the others on TV), there is no gameplan for beating Duke. There is/are no key player(s) that, if shutdown, can keep them from winning.

If the opponent focuses on one player, someone else will pick up the slack. Battier is oft looked at as solely a defensive force, and teams are burned when they ignore him.

The only way they can be beaten is if the opponent makes their shots and Duke doesn't. It sounds trite, but it's true.

As for Duke's plan, they need to keep MSU off the offensive boards.

What a wild weekend this will be.

Matt
rip 'em up, tear 'em up, give 'em hell, Duke!

Elton Brand just won the AP's Rupp Trophy for National Player of the Year. Ouch! That's got to hurt.
