When some groups ignore "Libertarian" principles in the pursuit of aggression against other groups, international ability and co-operation should always be applied. Bombing is an ideal method for the application of force. Start with the expensive stuff. If Ottawa ordered an ethnic cleansing of Quebecers, I would expect international intervention.
