could someone please tell me what will happen to share holders in utdl when they do the spinnoff and will shareholders of utdl be entitle to the ipo of united internet.i also was wondering how this would effect the warrants .I truly believe this company will fly because the company says that it is trying to bridge the gap between television and the internet,,,this i believe is the future of the internet.i don't know if i'm so bullish on utdl now because of the spinnoff but i am very bullish on this pav and united internet..could be the next big thing..i think that as soon as news of this stock starts to spread it's gonna be biiiiiig!!!!!

Please remember, UIT is a wholly owned subsidiary of UTDL. We expect UIT to do an IPO soon. Where should I expect UTDL stock to be in 6 months? How about the part of the UIT IPO that I can pick up?
