Last night ForeverDell bid farewell, because of IBD's A/D rating on Dell: a "D". However, I thought I'd post the other ranking stats on Dell from IBD, just to make sure folks had a little more balanced perspective.

IDB Rankings Dell Stats (3/26/99)
Earnings Per Share: 99
Relative Price Strength: 92
Industry Group Relative Strength: B
Sales+Profit Margins + ROE: A
Accumullation/Distribution: D

I would subscribe to someone's post, that there's some possible manipulation generating apparent distributions. Funds / analysts look for 'ideal' buy in points and then pounce. Retailers and other funds release their shares, the smart guys then buy for their long term core.... and then they make great profits as the stock miraculously climbs again!
