betty, I beg to differ with you. I do believe Vivus may have physically moved into the new plant on time but it took them forever to get the plant MCA approved . This cost them dearly because all the overseas product had to be produced at the costly PACO facility. RT

Betty, actually, I've always given credit to management of Vivus. - In many respects, CEO Leland is successful at accomplishing what he sets out to do. - The only question, as VLAD has pointed out, is whether he's doing the right things; and whehter he's communicating it effectively. - Otherwise, I'm 100% sure of a partnering/merger will come about within 1 to 6 months.

Betty...were ready for VVUS to breakout above the 200 day moving adv. Will it happen today ? Or next week? Will it happen with the next news release .... Spain $2 mill milestone? Italy $2 mill milestone? Japan partnership deal? I expect it will be trading in the $6-8 range soon. Have a great day....
