Zeus: I going to be wrong about the form 10 this week. Word out of Houston meeting is that the audit is done, but Pritchard will take 5-15 days to work on the form and make sure there are no mistakes. Best word is that the O/S and earnings will not change from the issued report on the 3&4 quarter results. tom

Tom,the only reason I harp on past mistakes (and in some cases that is being charitable) is because the past is all I have to really go on. It is the companies responsibility to be accurate and not misleading. Companies that have been in the past tend to continue to do so in the future. It is often just reflective of management. The only way to change this situation is for management to win back confidence by not continuing in that vein. That will take time--it is the ONLY thing that will heal this situation that was created by management. IMO, they cannot be reminded of it often enough.
