Says who? Says the company. NOT the SEC filings that could be used against them in a court of law, should they be not truthful.

Without filing with SEC, they could say that they have cut a deal where they will be receiving 4 billion dollars for selling an idea. . .if they thought anyone would believe it. . . .then say it didn't come thru after all. . . no damage done. . .unless you were one of the many that bought at the high and are holding worthless paper.

Sorry. . .no filing with SEC. . .equals no accountability.

The fishing thread is different than the rest. . .here we watch each others backs and avoid unnecessary risk taking. There are plenty of safer ways to get big returns.

Have you ever noticed that releases like this always seem to come from non-reporting companies. Then you go look at the trading log and surprise 451K come across the screen and nothing moves really. The bid is not coming up ...

Now maybe I am being a moron but 1.43 and all this money in the release I would think they could pay an SEC attorney to become reporting? Don't you?

That release seems like a lot of fluff to me ...
