I am confused. Wouldn't that mean higher prices for the consumer if they buy from the VAR instead of from the DELL website?

Microsoft found in their marketing to small business that the PC guy down the street was the door man to these sales. From my experience, sister who runs the family R.V. business and hates computers from bad business software experiences, Dell won't be contacted by her. She calls Joe down the street for her business computer needs. She also does not have the time or inclination to participate in breakfast with Dell.
