Totally OT>> FatMatty, Newport Beach has always had some great spots. . . but the last time I was there. . .with only an hour. . I had to pass all the great places, due to lines. . .and somehow found myself in an unknown Italian restaurant. . .bad move. . .there is an obvious reason for immediate seating. . .and about half way thru our salads we got a glimpse into the kitchen. All Mexican cooks. . .not an Italian in sight. . .thought I was back in Nashville for a minute. . .no Italians there either. Needless to say, my wife's kids have seen me cook pasta dishes so many times that they could easily have done a better job than this place. Just like picking OTC, first things to ask in an unknown Italian restaurant. . . do you cut your garlic fresh on the premises? . . are you Italian? . . .is the cook Italian? . . do you know any Italians? . . .can you find Italy on a map of Europe? The easiest way tho, is to ask a few questions in Italian and check out their look. If they look like a kid caught with his hand in the cookie jar, try fast food instead. Oh my. . . almost forgot. . .I bought Back Yard Burgers [local to Tennessee 30 stores and great fundies] and am looking for them to make some gains from sitting at its 52 week low. Symbol is BYBI on the Nasdaq at 1.75/share. Rande Is
